With over a decade of extensive experience in hospital management and operations, Lawrence brings a strong track record of driving clinical and operational excellence. Prior to joining Nanavati Max, he held senior leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of Operations at Gleneagles Hospitals in Mumbai.
In his new role, Lawrence will oversee the hospital’s operational strategies, working closely with clinical teams to enhance patient care and hospital efficiency. Nanavati Max Super Speciality Hospital, known for its 350-bed capacity and 55 specialty departments, has long been a pioneer in healthcare with advanced facilities such as its state-of-the-art Imaging Centre and Mumbai’s first-of-its-kind Catheterization Lab offering 24x7 Interventional Cardiac Services.
