Proceeds from the IPO will be used to fund civil construction and equipment purchases for new manufacturing lines at SteriPort and SVP in Hariyala, Kheda, Gujarat, in addition to general corporate purposes.

Between March 31, 2024, and March 31, 2025, the company’s sales declined by 2 percent, but its profit after tax rose by 189 percent.

Highlighting potential risks, Amanta Healthcare noted that all its manufacturing operations are concentrated at a single facility in Hariyala, Kheda, Gujarat. “Any delay in production at, or shutdown of, our manufacturing facility may in turn adversely affect our business, financial condition and results of operations,” the company stated.
