Wearable Healthtech Startup Ultrahuman Set to Raise $60 Mn in Funding Led by Qualcomm Ventures
The startup plans to deploy the fresh proceeds for growth, expansion, and other general corporate purposes.
Bengaluru-based wearable healthtech startup Ultrahuman is set to raise $ 60 million (Approx. INR 583 crore) in Series C funding led by Qualcomm Ventures.
The round is also expected to include participation from Alpha Wave, Steadview Capital, and Blume Ventures, along with Zomato founder Deepinder Goyal.
Ultrahuman's board has passed a special resolution to issue 3,623 Series C and 3832 Series C1 compulsorily convertible preference shares at an issue price of INR 7,79,500 and INR 7,85,300, respectively, to raise Rs 583 crore (approximately $60 million), according to its regulatory filings.
As per reports, Qualcomm Ventures will lead the round with an investment of INR 143 crore, followed by Alpha Wave, which is set to invest INR 114 crore.
Additionally, Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings will contribute INR 95 crore, while Blume Ventures will invest INR 90 crore.
Further, Deepinder Goyal will invest INR 47.4 crore, while Nexus Venture Partners and Krypton Fund will contribute INR 18.9 crore and INR 15 crore, respectively.
The remaining amount will be invested by GGM Family Trust, Steadview Capital, InCred Wealth, Joy Bhakat, and other investors.
The funding round is expected to take the company valuation to around $363 million post-money, marking a 65% jump from its previous Series B valuation.
The startup plans to deploy the fresh proceeds for growth, expansion, and other general corporate purposes.
The Series C funding is expected to accelerate its research and development efforts, expand its manufacturing capabilities, and support its expansion in international markets.
The latest funding follows Ultrahuman’s earlier fundraising of around INR 400 crore ($48 million) in a Series C round reported in March 2026.
Founded in Bengaluru, Ultrahuman operates in the wearable health and digital health space. Its product portfolio includes smart rings and technologies focused on areas such as metabolic health, glucose monitoring, and blood testing.
The startup uses data collected through its devices and platforms to provide users with insights related to areas including sleep, recovery, and metabolic health.
Prior to this round, the company had raised more than $60 million, including a $35 million Series B round and a $17.5 million Series A round in October 2022.
Ultrahuman reported INR 565 crore in revenue and INR 73 crore profit after tax in FY25, while it has projected INR 1,000 crore in revenue for FY26.
