VC Firm HealthQuad Names Namit Chugh Director Amid $300 Mn Fund III Push
In his new role, he will help shape HealthQuad’s investment strategy with a strong lens on transformative healthcare technologies and tech-enabled care models.
HealthQuad, the healthcare-focused venture capital platform under Quadria Group, has appointed Namit Chugh as Director to accelerate its investments in healthtech, medtech, and digital-first healthcare delivery models.
With over 15 years of experience across healthcare investing and consulting, Namit brings a sharp eye for scalable innovation and deep-tech solutions. In his new role, he will help shape HealthQuad’s investment strategy with a strong lens on transformative healthcare technologies and tech-enabled care models.
Namit was most recently Principal at W Health Ventures, where he led venture investments across India and the US. He is also part of the investment team at 2070 Health and was previously with Lok Capital. His track record spans identifying early-growth opportunities and supporting founders building impact-driven healthcare ventures.
His appointment comes on the heels of HealthQuad’s launch of Fund III last month, with a total corpus of $300 million, including a $100 million greenshoe option. The fund will follow a growth venture strategy, backing companies and founders building the next generation of healthcare leaders.
Fund III builds on the legacy of HealthQuad’s earlier funds, both of which have delivered strong financial returns alongside measurable healthcare impact. The latest fund marks a pivotal moment for the platform as it continues scaling its presence in India’s evolving healthcare ecosystem.
