The collaboration aims to introduce human-like healthcare workers, automating 90% care management tasks and enhancing patient experience with 24/7 service.
US-based RevenueWell, renowned for its dental patient engagement software, has partnered with Mila Health to launch an advanced AI-powered assistant designed specifically for dental practices.
This collaboration aims to automate a large portion of care management tasks with the help of an AI-powered assistant, boosting operational efficiency and enhancing the patient experience.
The new AI assistant will be integrated into RevenueWell’s Patient Engagement Platform. With this collaboration, the patients will be able to resolve daily issues such as missing information and rescheduling in no time.
Additionally, the AI assistant will support dental teams by handling tasks such as pre-procedure preparation, post-treatment follow-up, medication reminders, and monitoring patient symptoms.
Beyond clinical tasks, the assistant will also manage front-office operations, including scheduling appointments, handling cancellations, and collecting missing patient information. This will allow staff to dedicate more time to patient care.
Further, the new AI will be available 24/7, to communicate with patients via the website and phone, ensuring that patient inquiries are addressed promptly, regardless of the time of day.
Dental practices using the assistant are expected to reduce no-show rates and increase patient intake. Further, the tool will also boost treatment acceptance by providing timely reminders and follow-ups.
Katherine Shuman, CEO of RevenueWell, commented on the launch, saying, “With this launch, we are bringing the next-generation artificial intelligence (AI) tools to our customers to reinvent their patient reach for oral health.”
Mila Health’s technology will enable the AI assistant to interact with patients in a human-like manner, using both text and voice channels. This will help to resolve issues such as missing information or rescheduling appointments efficiently.
The partnership is considered a step toward scalable, personalized care in dentistry. It aims to support healthcare providers by automating routine tasks rather than replacing human staff.
Founded in 2010 and based in Bannockburn, Illinois, RevenueWell offers comprehensive digital marketing services and patient engagement tools for over 11,200 dental practices. Besides the partnership with Milo Health, the company also rolled out Marketing Platform 2.0, CareCredit integration, and insurance verification with WinOMS, strengthening its offerings for multi-location and growing practices.
Mila Health, on the other hand, founded in 2024 and based in Bellevue, Washington, is an AI healthcare worker provider. Offering an AI assistant that automates pre- and post-visit care, symptom tracking, and patient communication, Mila Health integrates with EHRs to reduce administrative tasks and support better patient outcomes.
