Fittr Expands Beyond Fitness, Launches Advanced Diagnostic Solutions

The company is planning to strengthen its core products and work towards integrating AI-Diagnostic techniques and genomics into its offering.

Fittr, a Pune-based health tech startup, has announced that it is shifting to diagnostic solutions, wearables, and AI-driven personalization.

It unveiled its Healthcare 3.0 vision to move beyond fitness coaching and introduce a comprehensive preventive healthcare model.

After securing $3 million from Rainmatter, a company funding fintech startups. It is setting up new labs that go beyond routine blood and urine tests. The pipeline includes full-body health assessments such as DEXA scans, VO2 max, and Ultrasounds.

Moreover, Fittr is using AI to stitch together inputs from coaches, doctors, genomics, diagnostics, and wearables to create an integrated platform for personalised care. “Without data, you can’t really improve anything,” Chouksey commented.

Jitendra Chouksey, the founder of Fittr believes this approach is especially relevant for India, where chronic health conditions are on the rise. “India is the diabetes capital of the world, and 28% of people suffer from cardiovascular diseases. Traditional approaches are not enough,” he said.

Wearables, especially the Hart Ring, are emerging as a strong growth engine for the company. Another gadget by Fittr for their users is SENSE Smart Weighing scale which keeps the track of Weight, Body fat percentage, BMI, Muscle mass, BMR, etc and keeps a track of the health journey.

Chouksey believes this approach is especially relevant for India, where chronic health conditions are rising. “India is the diabetes capital of the world, and 28% of people suffer from cardiovascular diseases. Traditional approaches are not enough,” he said.

With this in mind, FITTR secured an additional $3 million in funding from Rainmatter, Zerodha's venture fund.
