Nordic Opens Mexico Delivery Facility to Expand Global Healthcare IT and AI Services
The new facility is part of the company's global expansion strategy and is designed to increase access to skilled technology talent while enhancing its ability to support complex healthcare technology and transformation initiatives.
Healthcare IT consulting firm Nordic has opened a new delivery facility in Mexico, expanding its global delivery network to strengthen support for healthcare organizations across Epic services, managed services, digital transformation, data and analytics, cloud operations, and AI-enabled healthcare solutions.
The new facility is part of the company's global expansion strategy and is designed to increase access to skilled technology talent while enhancing its ability to support complex healthcare technology and transformation initiatives. According to Nordic, the Mexico center will operate as an extension of its existing global delivery team rather than as a separate outsourcing operation.
The facility will support a broad range of client requirements, including Epic implementation and optimization, managed services, cloud and infrastructure operations, digital transformation initiatives, and advanced data, analytics, and AI capabilities.
"Healthcare organizations continue to face workforce challenges, rising costs, and increasing demands on their technology investments," said Alicia Harkness, CEO of Nordic. She added that expanding the company's global team will enable Nordic to provide broader support across Epic optimization, managed services, data and analytics, and AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
Nordic said the expansion is intended to increase delivery capacity while maintaining its existing service model. Clients will continue to work with coordinated teams across the company's U.S. and international locations, supported by a unified delivery approach.
Mickey Davis, President of Managed Services at Nordic, said demand continues to grow for managed services, Epic support, analytics, and AI-driven capabilities. He noted that expanding the company's global workforce will help scale operations while maintaining service quality and healthcare-focused expertise.
The company stated that the Mexico facility strengthens its global delivery capabilities by providing additional capacity to address evolving client needs without changing its existing engagement model. Services will continue to be delivered through integrated teams operating across Nordic's domestic and international offices.
The expansion builds on more than 16 years of Nordic's experience in healthcare IT consulting. The company said its global delivery model focuses on long-term client relationships, operational consistency, and workforce stability while supporting healthcare organizations with technology modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
