Leading Hospital chain in North India, Park Medi World has announced plans to expand its hospital network by adding 2,100 beds by FY2028, aimed at strengthening its footprint across Delhi NCR and North India while addressing the growing demand for quality healthcare services.

The latest development was outlined by Sanjay Sharma, Group CEO & Whole-time Director, Park Medi World.

Sharing details of the expansion plan, Sanjay Sharma, Group CEO & Whole-time Director, Park Medi World, stated that the hospital chain's newly launched and acquired facilities are expected to drive growth over the next two years, with the company planning to add more than 2,100 beds by 2027-28.

He added that the recently commissioned hospitals are yet to contribute meaningfully, which should help improve occupancy as they ramp up.

For the first quarter of FY2027 (April–June 2026), the hospital chain reported revenue rising 19% year-on-year to INR 475.7 crore from INR 399 crore.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) increased 20% to INR 126.1 crore from INR 105 crore, while the EBITDA margin improved marginally to 26.5% from 26.3%. Net profit jumped 42% to INR 82.5 crore, compared with INR 58 crore in the year-ago quarter.

He also noted that new acquisitions and greenfield expansions will further strengthen the company's growth trajectory.

The latest development follows the group’s earlier commitment to invest INR 500 crore to expand its healthcare network and increase its operational bed capacity to around 5,600 beds by the end of FY2028.

In recent months, the company has expanded its footprint in North India by launching the 330-bed Medicity Hospital in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand, and announcing the acquisition of Mehar Hospital in Zirakpur, Punjab, for INR 107 crore, further strengthening its presence in two strategically important healthcare markets.
