Indore-based Sri Aurobindo Hospital Deploys MAXIO to Strengthen Precision-Driven Healthcare
The platform is designed to support image-guided interventions with greater precision, planning, and procedural control.
Sri Aurobindo Hospital, Indore, at Sri Aurobindo Institute of Medical Sciences, has deployed the MAXIO platform aimed at strengthening precision-driven healthcare.
Developed by Perfint Healthcare, the platform is designed to support image-guided interventions with greater precision, planning, and procedural control.
The advanced platform combines advanced capabilities for 3D procedural planning, target and trajectory planning, robotic-assisted navigation, and post-procedure verification.
These capabilities are designed to assist clinicians at different stages of image-guided interventions, from planning the access route to verifying the procedure.
It seeks to enhance procedural accuracy and provide a structured approach to complex image-guided procedures and imaging workflows.
Image-guided interventions play an important role in modern minimally invasive care, allowing clinicians to precisely access targeted areas while using advanced imaging guidance.
According to the hospital, MAXIO is designed to support a range of procedures performed under CT and PET-CT guidance, helping clinicians plan and execute interventions with a greater focus on precision and consistency.
The platform is expected to support procedures across diverse clinical applications, including biopsy, tumour ablation, drainage procedures, and pain management.
Sri Aurobindo Hospital stated that the deployment forms part of its efforts to expand its specialised minimally invasive treatment capabilities, combining advanced imaging technology and clinical expertise to support image-guided interventions.
In addition to the imaging platform, Sri Aurobindo Hospital also inaugurated a new Advanced Operation Theatre (OT) and a Surgical Intensive Care Unit (Surgical ICU) combining advanced technology, modern surgical facilities, and a patient-centric approach to support safe, precise, and efficient surgical management.
