Fujifilm India and the Apollo Telemedicine Networking Foundation have concluded a diagnostic care initiative in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, aimed at improving access to healthcare services in remote communities.
According to information shared by Fujifilm India, the initiative reached 22,196 beneficiaries during its implementation and supported 24,159 lab tests, 22,070 X-rays, and 1,750 sputum tests.
The programme focused on providing access to diagnostic services in underserved areas of the district. Fujifilm India stated that 24,159 individuals underwent preventive diagnostic testing, while more than 22,000 X-rays were conducted for identified high-risk individuals.
As the initiative concluded, the company acknowledged the support of its partners, medical teams, and local communities in Mandi.
The collaboration between Fujifilm India and the Apollo Telemedicine Networking Foundation was designed to extend diagnostic care services to remote populations and facilitate access to preventive testing and diagnostic screening.
