Olympia Orthopedic Associates (OlyOrtho), a musculoskeletal care provider in Southwest Washington, has partnered with healthcare AI company Innovaccer Inc. to automate its referral and scheduling workflows.

The collaboration focuses on deploying Innovaccer’s Comet™ AI-powered Access Center, including its Referral Copilot and Scheduling AI Agent solutions.

As an independent practice with over 50 providers, OlyOrtho seeks to enhance patient access while maintaining quality orthopedic care. The AI agents are designed to accelerate referral processing, automate appointment scheduling and follow-ups, and improve referral-to-appointment conversion rates.
