Mahajan Imaging & Labs' Noida Centre Becomes Operational With Integrated Diagnostics Under One Roof

The integrated centre has been designed to provide a broad range of diagnostic services, including Uttar Pradesh's first Ultra-Fast AI-powered 3T MRI scanner, the Excel 3T, along with a 160-slice CT scanner.

Mahajan Imaging & Labs has made its first Noida centre operational, expanding its diagnostic network into Uttar Pradesh, bringing together imaging, pathology, genomics, molecular diagnostics, and personalised health services at a single location.

The Noida facility was inaugurated by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on August 22, 2026, and has now commenced operations, marking Mahajan Imaging & Labs' entry into Uttar Pradesh and extending its presence across the Delhi-NCR region, following centres in Delhi and Gurugram.

The integrated centre has been designed to provide a broad range of diagnostic services, with advanced imaging and laboratory capabilities available under one roof.

It includes Uttar Pradesh's first Ultra-Fast AI-powered 3T MRI scanner, the Excel 3T, along with a 160-slice CT scanner.

Its imaging services include 3D-4D ultrasound, Colour Doppler, shear-wave elastography, full-field digital mammography, DEXA bone densitometry, CBCT/OPG and digital X-ray. The facility also offers neurophysiology services such as EEG and EMG.

Beyond imaging, the operational Noida centre provides pathology services spanning hematology, clinical biochemistry, microbiology, serology, immunology, histopathology and cytology.

It also brings molecular diagnostics, genomics, next-generation sequencing and personalised health assessments into the same facility.

The Noida centre is intended to improve access to advanced diagnostic services for the city's growing population while reducing the need for patients to visit multiple locations for different tests.

Mahajan Imaging & Labs has also undertaken clinical and applied research with institutions including MIT, Max Planck Institute, AIIMS and IIT Delhi.
