Following its INR 8.5 Cr seed funding round in 2025, the startup plans to extend the Full-Stack Clinic model to Mumbai, Hyderabad and Delhi by 2028.

Bengaluru-based healthtech startup Praan Health has launched its first Full-Stack Clinic for adults aged 50 and above, expanding its continuous care model beyond home-based services into an integrated clinical setting.

Praan Health has combined multidisciplinary care with digital follow-up to provide coordinated support for chronic disease management, mobility, rehabilitation and healthy ageing.

Designed exclusively for adults above 50 years of age, the centre combines physician consultations, physiotherapy, nutrition counselling, supervised strength training, diagnostics, pharmacy services, chronic disease management, pain care, and pre- and post-operative rehabilitation within a single care ecosystem.

The clinic is supported by the startup’s digital platform, enabling continuity of care at home after in-person visits.

A key element of the Full-Stack Clinic model is its focus on long-distance caregiving. With many working professionals living away from their parents, Praan Health enables family members to stay informed about consultations, treatment plans and health progress, provided the individual consents.

The startup says this coordinated approach is intended to improve continuity of care while helping families remain connected throughout the care journey.

Unlike traditional disease-specific consultations, the Full-Stack Clinic follows a multidisciplinary care pathway that integrates clinical interventions with nutrition, mobility improvement and strength-building programmes.

Progress is tracked through measurable health outcomes such as reduced pain, improved movement and greater independence in daily living rather than isolated treatment milestones.

Commenting on the launch, Navneeth Ramprasad, Founder and CEO, Praan Health, said, “This centre is the result of everything we have learned from more than 350,000 personalised care sessions. We are bringing the clinic, home and family into one connected care journey. Our conviction is that coordinated, preventive care must become the standard for ageing Indians—not a system that every family has to assemble on its own.”

The launch also represents a strategic milestone for Praan Health. Since its founding in 2024, the startup has delivered more than 350,000 personalised care sessions to over 10,000 adults across 13 cities through its home-based services.

Following its INR 8.5 Cr seed funding round in 2025, the startup plans to extend the Full-Stack Clinic model to Mumbai, Hyderabad and Delhi by 2028.
