Fitterfly Launches India’s First API-based Nutrition Tracking Solution for Digital Health Platforms

Nutrition 360 Suite is offered as a SaaS suite for partners bringing together database APIs, newly launched Fitterfly talk, Meal scoring, Meal insights and AI diet plan.

Fitterfly, a healthtech startup specializing in digital therapeutics for metabolic conditions, has recently launched the Nutrition 360 Suite, claimed as India’s most advanced nutrition tracking solution.

This new plug-and-play Software as a Service (SaaS) targets pharma companies, insurers, and digital health platforms to enable personalized nutrition management.

The suite is powered by Fitterfly's proprietary food database in India, covering a wide range of regional, international and packaged foods.

Nutrition 360 Suite & its Tools

Nutrition 360 Suite includes several key tools that help to support personalized nutrition management and promote healthier lifestyle choices.

The key tools include a Nutrition Calculator that offers detailed data on macronutrients and micronutrients for over 40,000 Indian foods, customizable for various health needs.

Further, Fitterfly Klik is an AI-powered photo meal logging tool that analyses nutritional content using image recognition.

The Nutrition 360 features Fitterfly Talk supports voice-enabled meal logging in English and eight Indian regional languages, catering to users who prefer speaking over typing or photographing meals.

It also includes a Meal Scoring tool that assigns a colour-coded score out of 10 to each meal, providing a quick health evaluation. The goal of this tool is to simplify nutritional awareness, enabling the individuals to make smarter food choices in real time.

Additionaly, the AI-powered Meal Insights feature gives real-time suggestions for portion control and healthier swaps, and the AI-assisted Diet Plan Generator offers personalized plans with over 30,000 recipes across 136 cuisines.

With GLP1 drugs changing weight loss approaches, Fitterfly stresses that sustainable results require behavioural changes alongside medication.
