Bengaluru-based Even Healthcare, which offers subscription-based healthcare services and insurance, is in talks to raise around $50 million in a Series B funding round led by existing investor Khosla Ventures.
The round is expected to value the company at around $300 million, nearly double the $153 million valuation it received during its previous funding round in January. Existing investor Alpha Wave Global is also expected to participate in the round. The company declined to comment on the fundraise.
Khosla Ventures first invested in Even Healthcare during its $5 million seed round in 2021 and has participated in the company's subsequent funding rounds. As per reports, Even Healthcare has raised $72.5 million across five funding rounds to date. Other investors include Sharrp Ventures, Lightrock, Rainmatter and 8VC.
Even Healthcare offers a healthcare subscription that provides members access to its in-house team of doctors for virtual and in-clinic consultations, diagnostics and other tests. The company currently serves around 50,000 to 60,000 members in Bengaluru and between 200,000 and 300,000 patients across India through individual and corporate health plans.
The company established its first hospital in Bengaluru last year and is expanding its hospital network, with plans to open four to five more hospitals by the end of this year. Reportedly, the startup reported revenue of Rs 27 crore and a net loss of Rs 90 crore in FY25. Sources indicated that the company's revenue for FY26 is likely to be between Rs 120 crore and Rs 130 crore.
Earlier this year, it raised $20 million in a funding round led by existing investors Lachy Groom and Alpha Wave Global, with participation from Sharrp Ventures.
According to the report, the proposed capital infusion sought to expand the company's managed-care hospital network, strengthen its integrated care model and integrate advanced digital health technologies, including AI-driven tools and expanded telemedicine capabilities, across its hospital operations.
