DeepHealth Enhances AI Breast Cancer Tools Through iCAD Acquisition

RadNet's subsidiary DeepHealth has completed its acquisition of iCAD, bringing together two companies in the field of artificial intelligence (AI)-driven breast cancer imaging solutions.

With iCAD’s commercial, technological, and regulatory strengths now under its wing, DeepHealth is set to elevate its AI-driven breast cancer imaging capabilities.

The strategic acquisition integrates iCAD's extensive AI portfolio for breast cancer detection with DeepHealth's screening solutions, expanding their reach to over 10 million mammograms annually.
