India's diagnostics industry has spent the last decade solving for access. Tests that once required multiple visits can now be booked from a smartphone. Home sample collection has become commonplace. Reports are delivered digitally, often within hours. For consumers, diagnostics have never been more accessible.

Yet a critical challenge remains unsolved. What happens after the report?
