The partnership will also explore collaborations such as joint workshops, seminars, conferences, and CSR-driven research funding to support socially relevant healthcare innovations.

California-based Agilisium has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the prestigious Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research (SRIHER) to establish the country’s first Agentic AI-powered digital health and research center.

To transform India’s digital health ecosystem, Agilisium and SRIHER will also launch a Clean Health Data Initiative to improve medical data quality and interoperability.

By combining Agilisium’s expertise in AI-driven solutions with SRIHER’s clinical and academic leadership, the Centre will serve as a collaborative hub to drive breakthroughs in precision medicine, digital diagnostics, and data-driven clinical research.

The partnership also aims to explore collaborations, such as joint workshops, seminars, conferences, and CSR-driven research funding, to support socially relevant healthcare innovations.

Speaking on the partnership, Raj Babu, CEO of Agilisium, said, “This partnership marks a defining moment in our mission to transform life sciences and healthcare through Agentic AI. By joining forces with SRIHER, we are laying the foundation for a future-ready ecosystem – one that brings synthetic workforce (AI Agents) and AI-native talent together to solve the most pressing challenges in the industry.”

“India’s AI revolution won’t be 100% imported – it will be co-created. Through this initiative, and deep STEM collaborations, we are activating India’s research and data commons to spark breakthrough innovations, especially in patient care," Babu added.

Moreover, the collaboration plans to advance AI-driven tools for diagnostics, personalized care, and smart hospitals, while enabling early disease detection through predictive analytics.

Upon this strategic partnership, Dr Uma Sekar, Vice Chancellor of SRIHER, said, “This MoU aligns perfectly with our mission to integrate science, education, and technology for the betterment of patient care. With Agilisium’s AI expertise, we can push the boundaries of what’s possible in digital health to improve patient outcomes and experience. This MoU signals a shared commitment to using the power of technology and human insight to create a healthier, smarter, and more equitable future.”
