Park Group has announced the opening of its Panchkula hospital and the parallel expansion of its Mohali unit, reinforcing its presence across the Tricity region and enabling tertiary and quaternary care services across North India.
The Panchkula hospital has been designed as a high-acuity care centre with a strong focus on critical services. It includes 120 ICU beds, 10 modular operation theatres, and an advanced neuro-capable cath lab.
The facility is also equipped with technologies such as the Da Vinci X robotic system, supporting minimally invasive procedures and precision-driven surgeries, including joint replacements and complex interventions across specialities.
Clinical services at the hospital span oncology, neurosciences, orthopaedics, cardiology, and critical care.
The infrastructure integrates advanced diagnostics and surgical capabilities with a care delivery model that emphasizes patient engagement and structured counselling, helping individuals better understand treatment pathways and recovery processes.
Dr Ankit Gupta, Managing Director, Park Group of Hospitals, said, “The launch of our Panchkula facility and upcoming expansion in Mohali mark a significant step in building a scaled, integrated healthcare ecosystem across North India.”
With the addition of the new facility and the ongoing Mohali expansion, the Group’s combined capacity in the Tricity region is expected to reach approximately 850 beds.
"The Panchkula hospital has been designed to deliver seamless, patient-centric care supported by strong clinical governance and modern infrastructure. By combining full-time clinical expertise with advanced technology and structured patient engagement, we aim to enhance treatment outcomes and overall patient experience across the region," Dr Sanjay Sharma, CEO & Whole Time Director, Park Hospitals, added.
