Orange Health Labs Boosts its Omni-Channel Diagnostic Network Across India

Its longer-term strategy extends beyond pathology to include radiology, technology, and longitudinal health measurement, positioning the 100 Collection Centres as part of a wider digital and physical diagnostics network.

Orange Health Labs has expanded its Orange Collection Centre network to 100 locations, comprising 58 centres in Bengaluru, 20 in Delhi-NCR, 16 in Hyderabad and six in Mumbai.

The 100th centre, opened in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, adds to the company’s physical presence while complementing its home sample collection services.

Orange Health Labs launched its first Orange Collection Centre in April 2024, with a focus on improving the in-store sample collection experience. As of July 2026, Orange Health Labs had crossed an INR 200 Cr annualised revenue run rate.

The company has said it is continuing to invest in technology, laboratory infrastructure, collection centres and diagnostic capabilities as it works towards sustainable growth.

“The launch of our first Orange Collection Centre in April 2024 was driven by a simple belief: customers want a better in-store sample collection experience. From top-notch interiors and impeccable hygiene to painless sample collection and fast reporting, we wanted to raise the bar across every touchpoint. Reaching our 100th Orange Collection Centre is a testament to this vision and our continued focus on making high-quality diagnostics faster, more accessible and convenient for our customers,” said Dhruv Gupta, Co-founder, Orange Health Labs.

The 100 Collection Centres milestone follows Orange Health Labs’ broader expansion plans announced earlier this year.

The company had been targeting around 200 stores by the end of 2026, while prioritising deeper penetration in existing markets before entering additional cities.

It has also identified India’s top 15-20 cities as key markets for future expansion.

Tarun Bhambra, Co-founder, Orange Health Labs, said, “This milestone reflects our continued focus on pushing the envelope and creating a better diagnostic experience for customers, whether they choose the convenience of at-home sample collection or prefer an in-store experience. As we expand our network, our focus remains on delivering high standards of speed, consistency, quality, and convenience across every touchpoint. We want to ensure that customers have access to a seamless and reliable diagnostic experience, wherever and however they choose to access it.”

Orange Health Labs currently operates five NABL-accredited and ICMR-certified laboratories and offers reports within six hours for more than 1,000 tests and health packages, according to the company.

Its longer-term strategy extends beyond pathology to include radiology, technology, and longitudinal health measurement, positioning the 100 Collection Centres as part of a wider digital and physical diagnostics network.
