Neuberg Diagnostics & ProLife Announce Joint Venture to Expand Diagnostic Services Across Odisha

The partnership will combine Neuberg Diagnostics’ diagnostic capabilities, technology platforms and quality systems with ProLife Diagnostics’ local presence and understanding of the Odisha healthcare market.

Neuberg Diagnostics and Bhubaneswar-based ProLife Diagnostics have announced a joint venture to enhance access to advanced, affordable, and quality diagnostic services across Odisha.

The new venture, named Neuberg ProLife, will combine Neuberg Diagnostics’ diagnostic capabilities, technology platforms, and quality systems with ProLife Diagnostics’ local presence and understanding of the Odisha healthcare market.

Commenting on the new initiative, Dr GSK Velu, Chairman and Managing Director, Neuberg Diagnostics said, “Through Neuberg ProLife, we are bringing together Neuberg’s technology, advanced diagnostic expertise and national scale with ProLife’s strong local presence and understanding of Odisha. Our vision is to build a future-ready diagnostic network focused on accessibility, affordability, early detection and preventive healthcare.”

The joint venture plans to establish 10 Integrated Diagnostics and Wellness Centres and more than 100 satellite laboratories and sample collection centres across Odisha over the next two years.

The proposed centres will be located in Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Rourkela, Berhampur, Sambalpur, Puri, Balasore, Bhadrak, Baripada and Jharsuguda.

The proposed hub-and-spoke model is intended to extend routine and specialised diagnostic services to Tier-II, Tier-III and emerging markets, while reducing the need for patients to travel to larger cities for advanced investigations.

The latest partnership builds on ongoing efforts by Neuberg Diagnostics to expand its diagnostic footprint.

In a recent development, Neuberg Diagnostics formed a joint venture along with Mahajan Imaging & Labs to strengthen and expand diagnostic, pathology, genomics, and wellness services across North India.

The partnership includes plans to establish laboratories across cities in seven states and add around 20 centres offering radiology services over the next three to five years.

The collaboration combines Neuberg’s pathology, genomics and digital capabilities with Mahajan Imaging & Labs’ expertise in radiology, nuclear medicine, PET-CT and advanced diagnostics.
