The latest capital investment will be used to expand IHLD MedTech’s two AI-driven healthcare platforms across India and internationally.
Gurgaon-based IHLD Medtech has secured an initial investment of $3 million from UltraGreen AI, a Singapore exchange-listed company, to support the expansion of its healthcare technology platforms in India and international markets.
The latest capital investment will be used to expand IHLD MedTech’s two AI-driven healthcare platforms, iLiveConnect, a continuous care and remote patient monitoring platform, and WoundHeal+, an advanced wound management clinic network across India and internationally.
As per the startup, its platforms are designed to address the challenges with chronic disease management, preventable hospitalisations, and non-healing wounds, conditions that collectively affect hundreds of millions of patients and cost India’s healthcare system billions of dollars annually.
The startup’s iLiveConnect is an AI-enabled, doctor-led continuous care platform aimed at providing real-time health monitoring, clinical oversight, and care continuity for patients managing chronic diseases, post-discharge recovery, preventive health needs, and elderly care.
Backed by a 24×7 Clinical Command Centre staffed by specialist physicians, iLiveConnect seeks to move beyond episodic clinic visits to continuous, connected monitoring across every hour of a patient’s life.
In addition, WoundHeal is designed as an advanced wound management clinic chain focusing on improving outcomes in diabetic foot ulcers, pressure injuries, surgical wounds, and complex chronic wounds.
The platform integrates fluorescence imaging, AI-assisted perfusion assessment, and data-driven clinical decision support to assist healthcare providers in wound evaluation and management in most urgent and underserved clinical needs.
The partnership brings together UltraGreen.ai’s global expertise in advanced fluorescence imaging and digital health technologies with IHLD MedTech’s innovative care delivery ecosystem.
Speaking his thoughts on the latest partnership, Dr Rahul Chandola, Founder and Managing Director, IHLD MedTech, said, “Healthcare systems are failing patients in the spaces between clinical encounters, in recovery, in chronic disease, in wounds that do not heal. iLiveConnect and WoundHeal+ were built to close those gaps with technology that thinks continuously and clinicians who are always on. This partnership with UltraGreen.ai gives us the technology depth, global reach, and capital to scale both platforms meaningfully across India and into international markets.”
UltraGreen.ai is a global leader in fluorescence-guided surgery and digital health solutions. It currently operates across 54 countries and is valued at approximately US$1.3 billion.
Commenting on the latest investment, Ravinder Sajwan, CEO, UltraGreen.ai, said, “The future of healthcare lies at the intersection of advanced technology, clinical intelligence, and continuous patient engagement. iLiveConnect and WoundHeal+ represent innovative approaches to two of healthcare’s most pressing global challenges. We are pleased to support IHLD MedTech’s next phase of growth and look forward to combining our capabilities to deliver measurably better patient outcomes.”
