Gurugram-based health and wellness startup Shyft has launched a new brand, Dash Health, focusing on improving women's health.
Dash Health aims to enhance awareness, foster community support, and provide lifestyle management services tailored to various health conditions affecting women.
This initiative aims to provide impactful solutions for managing Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), menstrual and hormonal health, natal care, and menopause.
The services include nutrition, fitness & yoga, therapy, and more, intending to complement existing clinical and medical services, thereby driving positive health outcomes.
With a history of catering to over 30,000 female customers in the past two and a half years, Shyft has developed a profound understanding of the gaps in women's health services and proven solutions to foster favourable health outcomes.
Moreover, the platform will curate and disseminate credible resources related to members' health conditions, providing access to experts who can address inquiries or concerns.
As per the startup, going forward, Dash Health will also broaden its services portfolio by offering dedicated therapy and dermatology consultations to address concerns across various life stages.
Founded in 2019 by Pankaj Chaddah and Pooja Khanna, Shyft is a personalised wellness platform that offers guided nutrition, meditation, and yoga classes.
The startup offers Yoga-based interactive classes and DIY content focussed on managing specific conditions across women's health, chronic ailments, everyday wellness, and mental health.
