Fortis Hospital Manesar Launches Region's First Dedicated Cancer Institute

The Cancer Institute brings together a wide spectrum of next-generation cancer treatment technologies and specialised interventions under one integrated platform to support comprehensive and personalized care.

The facility is intended to improve clinical outcomes through a coordinated multidisciplinary approach for cancer care management.

It is equipped with advanced healthcare infrastructure, including the Da Vinci Xi robotic surgery system, HIPEC (Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy), PIPAC (Pressurized Intraperitoneal Aerosolized Chemotherapy), and HAIP (Hepatic Artery Infusion Pump) chemotherapy.

Additional capabilities include fluorescence-guided breast surgery, oncoplastic breast surgery, a dedicated lymphedema clinic, and organ-specific oncology programmes designed to deliver highly personalised treatment.

Further, the institute also aims to focus on precision oncology, supported by a multidisciplinary tumor board.

Furthermore, treatment approaches such as immunotherapy, targeted therapy, molecular oncology, and genetic counselling and testing are also incorporated in the facility to enable more tailored treatment decisions for complex cancer cases.
