It is designed to support different stages of cancer care, ranging from early detection and treatment planning to rehabilitation and recovery support.

Healthtech company EGS Health has launched the Medicas Comprehensive Cancer Care (MC3), a digital cancer care platform aimed at expanding access to oncology services and treatment support across India.

Headquartered in Visakhapatnam, the company has developed the platform to address the gaps in specialised care in Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities.

The platform is expected to expand access to advanced oncology expertise and multidisciplinary care in regions where such services remain limited.

It is designed to support different stages of cancer care, ranging from early detection and treatment planning to rehabilitation and recovery support.

The MC3 platform leverages data-driven clinical solutions to assist patients in understanding available treatment pathways and care options.

In addition, the platform aims to bring together experienced Indian and global cancer specialists, aimed at providing patients and their families with collaborative, expert-led treatment guidance tailored to individual clinical needs through a unified digital platform, while reducing the need to navigate multiple fragmented healthcare services.

The service is intended to help patients navigate increasingly complex cancer treatment pathways through coordinated support across areas including precision oncology, rehabilitation, psycho-oncology, supportive care, and palliative care guidance.

As per the company, the platform adheres to global data privacy standards, including HIPAA and GDPR protocols, to ensure secure handling of patient information while delivering personalised, expert-driven cancer care solutions.

Speaking on the launch, Shiva Shankar, Chairman and MD, EGS Group of Companies, said, “Cancer care today requires timely access to multidisciplinary expertise, coordinated guidance, and compassionate patient support. With MC3, our vision is to help patients across India access world-class oncology expertise regardless of geography, while ensuring every treatment decision remains collaborative, patient-centric, and guided by experienced specialists.”

Founded in 2021, the company operates an integrated suite of telemedicine, AI, and digital health innovations across the USA, India, and the Caribbean.
