ANSR Rolls Out AI-Powered Healthcare GCC Accelerator to Fast-Track Digital Transformation in Healthcare

It offers a structured approach to building AI-enabled GCCs, including strategy development, site setup, workforce planning, and governance frameworks.

ANSR has introduced a Healthcare GCC Accelerator powered by Advanced AI capabilities, aimed at helping healthcare enterprises rapidly build and scale AI-enabled global capability centres while embedding intelligence into core operations.

Around 70% of leading global enterprises now depend on GCCs to drive their AI initiatives, while AI-related hiring within GCCs has surged by over 130% this year. With global healthcare spending nearing USD 10 trillion, organizations are increasingly investing in AI-led transformation to improve efficiency and outcomes.

The newly launched accelerator addresses these challenges by integrating AI capabilities directly into the GCC framework. By leveraging Optum.ai’s healthcare-focused technologies and domain expertise, ANSR aims to enable organizations to modernize workflows, particularly in areas such as revenue cycle management, prior authorization, and clinical operations.

"Healthcare enterprises need more than a technology platform or an operational playbook. They need both, fully integrated and built for scale. This accelerator allows us to embed Optum.ai capabilities within the GCC model, supported by technology that has been tested in real healthcare environments. By working with Optum, we can help our customers adopt AI with greater confidence and deliver measurable results faster," said Vikram Ahuja, Co-Founder, ANSR.

The platform offers a structured approach to building AI-enabled GCCs, including strategy development, site setup, workforce planning, and governance frameworks.

It also focuses on workforce upskilling through role-based training and AI literacy programs, ensuring teams can effectively adopt and scale AI solutions.

"ANSR brings deep expertise in building and operating global capability centres, and we are pleased to support their customers with Optum.ai technology designed for real-world healthcare environments," said Harish Gudi, Chief Information Officer, Optum Technology, India.

"By leveraging our AI capabilities within ANSR's GCC model, healthcare organizations can modernize operations, apply AI responsibly, and scale impact across their global teams," he added.

Additionally, the accelerator supports the creation of AI Centres of Excellence and provides pre-built tools and workflows to deliver measurable efficiency gains.

Early implementations are expected to yield 20-25% improvements, with potential to reach up to 50-60% as systems mature.

The Healthcare GCC Accelerator is now available globally, positioning ANSR to play a central role in shaping the next phase of AI-driven healthcare operations.
