Parthiv Neotia has been appointed as the Managing Director of Ambuja Neotia Healthcare Venture Limited, where he will lead the healthcare vertical of the Ambuja Neotia Group.
Prior to this appointment, Neotia served as Joint Managing Director of Ambuja Neotia Healthcare Venture Limited, a role he has held since 2025. He has also been Executive Director at AmbujaNeotia Group since 2018, actively participating in the management and operations of the group.
Announcing the appointment, Ambuja Neotia Healthcare Venture Limited congratulated Neotia and said, "His visionary leadership, unwavering commitment to excellence and passion for building patient centric healthcare have been instrumental in shaping the growth of our healthcare ecosystem."
The company further stated that under his leadership, it aims to strengthen its commitment to clinical excellence, compassionate care, innovation, and expanding access to quality healthcare across Eastern India.
Neotia also shared the announcement in a LinkedIn post, describing the appointment as one he accepted with "deep gratitude and a profound sense of responsibility."
Speaking about his vision for the organisation, he said, "Healthcare, at its core, rests on trust. Every decision we make has the potential to touch the lives of patients and their families, as well as our doctors, caregivers, employees, partners, and the communities we serve. That responsibility will guide every choice we make."
He added that he hopes to build "an organisation where compassion and excellence go hand in hand; where people feel respected, heard, and empowered to contribute; where innovation strengthens patient care, technology enhances human judgement; and where continuous learning becomes part of our everyday culture."
Neotia also said that the group would continue to move forward guided by the spirit of "Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam" and expressed his hope that the organisation would be known "not only for building something successful, but for building something truly meaningful."
The development comes as Ambuja Neotia steps up expansion of its healthcare venture. Earlier this year, the group announced a 300-bed multi-speciality hospital in Guwahati, part of an INR 700 crore integrated healthcare and hospitality project approved by the Assam government."
The hospital will be built on a 1.46-acre portion of a 2.88-acre mixed-use land parcel at Fancy Bazar, Old Jail Road. The facility is being developed by Ambuja Neotia Healthcare Venture Limited, with an estimated investment of INR 360–400 crore.
The hospital will offer advanced medical services across cardiology, neurology, orthopaedics, oncology, and critical care. It is projected to create 1,500–2,000 direct jobs, along with additional indirect employment through allied healthcare services and local businesses.
Neotia said Guwahati is strategically important as a gateway to the North-East. “This hospital aims to enhance medical access in the region while supporting healthcare infrastructure and employment opportunities,” he added.
