Dr Prahlad Agrawal has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Yatharth Super Speciality Hospitals, Noida Extension, marking a key leadership addition to the hospital network. In his new role, he will oversee hospital operations and work on strengthening clinical and non-clinical workflows across facilities.
He will also focus on improving operational efficiency and supporting standardized healthcare delivery systems as the organization continues to scale its services.
Dr Agrawal brings extensive experience in hospital operations, clinical administration, healthcare strategy, and patient care systems. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in operational transformation initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and institutional performance.
His work has included streamlining hospital processes, supporting clinical governance structures, and contributing to system-level improvements in healthcare organizations. His background spans both clinical and administrative domains, providing cross-functional exposure to healthcare delivery environments.
Prior to this appointment, he held multiple senior leadership roles across well-known healthcare institutions. At Dharamshila Narayana Superspeciality Hospital, he served as Director of Operations (Medical and Non-Medical), Senior Medical Superintendent, and Head of Medical Operations.
He was also associated with Narayana Health as Clinical Lead – NCR Region. His experience further includes serving as Senior Manager – Operations at Max Smart Super Speciality Hospital and Lead – Business & Technical Healthcare Skill Development at Max Institute of Health Education and Research.
In addition, Dr Agrawal has worked as a Senior Healthcare Consultant at EY, and has held roles at Urgent Care (AapKa Urgicare Pvt. Ltd.), Croydon Health Services NHS Trust, Kailash Healthcare Ltd, and Max Healthcare. His professional journey reflects exposure across clinical practice, healthcare consulting, hospital operations, and healthcare education across multiple healthcare systems.
