Volrado Venture Invests in Healync Technologies to Advance Next-Gen Digital Hospital Infrastructure
The newly raised capital has been used to expand Healync’s two key healthcare verticals: Healync Private Health, a subscription-based personalised medical task force service for individuals, families, and corporates; and Aayu, a SaaS platform built to digitise and streamline hospital and clinic operations.
Kolkata-based Healync Technologies has secured a private equity investment from Volrado Venture, marking an important milestone in its efforts to transform personalised healthcare delivery and develop next-generation digital hospital infrastructure.
The newly raised capital has been used to expand Healync’s two key healthcare verticals namely,Healync Private Health, a subscription-based personalised medical task force service for individuals, families, and corporates; and Aayu, a SaaS platform built to digitise and streamline hospital and clinic operations.
“Healthcare today requires a level of research, care, and coordination that most patients simply do not have access to,” said Rashi Saraogi, co-founder, Healync. “Our vision was to create a system where individuals have their own medical task force—a team that can navigate complex healthcare decisions, access the right specialists globally, and advocate for the patient at every stage.”
Through Healync Private Health, members have received access to a dedicated medical task force that has managed specialist coordination, treatment pathways, and healthcare logistics across India and international markets.
The service has operated on a strict no-incentive, no-referral-commission policy, which has ensured independent medical recommendations aligned solely with patient interests.
Its annual membership subscription model, which has been available across individual, family, and corporate tiers, has helped the company build trust through transparency, patient-centricity, and a highly personalised healthcare management experience.
In parallel, Healync has strengthened its technology-led institutional play through Aayu, its healthcare SaaS platform.
“Healthcare institutions globally are transitioning toward integrated digital systems,” said Yagyaansh Goenka, Co-Founder, Healync. “Aayu is designed to serve as the digital backbone for hospitals—enabling them to operate seamlessly, coordinate care more effectively, and deliver better patient outcomes.”
