Tulu Health Launches AI-Native Longevity OS, Plans US Expansion

Tulu Health, an AI-native healthcare company, has launched Longevity OS, an operating system designed to help longevity and preventive health clinics convert clinical, laboratory, wearable, and patient engagement data into daily actions. The company also announced plans to expand its presence in the US and is preparing for its first institutional financing round.

Longevity OS creates a unified patient profile, or “patient twin,” and uses AI-powered channels including voice and SMS to identify patients at risk of disengagement before renewal. The platform is designed to help care teams act on patient data while supporting retention, engagement, and clinic revenue.

Tulu Health was founded by Dr. Adil Khan, a physician entrepreneur with an MBBS from Delhi University and a fellowship from Stanford-India Biodesign, along with a co-founding engineering team with experience at Innovaccer, a US-based healthcare technology company.

The company is bootstrapped and currently supports more than 40 healthcare sites and 500 providers across the US, United Arab Emirates, Malaysia and India. Tulu Health said its AI systems have automated more than 100,000 healthcare operational tasks, with year-over-year growth of more than 90%.

The company said longevity and wellness clinics generate large volumes of clinical, laboratory, wearable, and engagement data, but often lack systems that can translate the information into timely interventions. Longevity OS is intended to address this gap by turning data into daily work queues for care teams.

“Longevity is the next frontier in healthcare, serving a growing population that wants to live healthier, more active lives,” said Dr. Adil Khan. He added that Tulu Health aims to support more than 30,000 clinics.

Dr. Luke Sorrell, founder of SorrellMD, a longevity clinic, said the platform operates on data rather than only reporting historical information, enabling practices to act on patient information through daily workflows.

Tulu Health said the planned institutional funding round will support its US market expansion and further product development.
