TruDoc Launches Intelligent Super Health App for India & GCC

The app is designed to support chronic care follow-ups, centralize medical records, and provide a single platform for families to manage healthcare across cities.

TruDoc Healthcare, the Middle East’s Telehealth provider, has launched its Super Health App in India and the GCC region, aiming to simplify digital-first healthcare access for families and individuals.

The platform consolidates virtual care services into a single, intelligent ecosystem.

“The TruDoc Super Health App brings our complete ecosystem into a single, powerful platform,” said Vish Narain, Executive Chairman, TruDoc Healthcare. “It turns the phone in users’ hands into a personal health command centre, reducing unnecessary visits, speeding decisions, and making quality care more accessible.”

The app is designed to support chronic care follow-ups, centralize medical records, and provide a single platform for families to manage healthcare across cities. It is available for download on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Key features of the TruDoc Super Health App include:

  • Facial Scan & Vital Sync: Instant vital checks with facial scanning and wearable integration.
  • Tru AI Chatbot: Multilingual AI assistance for prescriptions and lab insights.
  • AI-Powered Lab Report Summarizer: Simplifies lab results, tracks trends, and provides nutrition guidance.
  • Real-Time Order Tracking: Monitor medicine and lab orders via app, WhatsApp, or SMS.
  • Integrated E-Commerce: Purchase prescriptions, OTC products, and wellness essentials for home delivery.
  • Medicine Alerts: Automated reminders and symptom check-ins for treatment adherence.

Utsaav Pathak, CFO of TruDoc Healthcare, highlighted the app’s role in improving affordability and access in India. “With hundreds of millions entering more formal healthcare pathways, this coordinated platform makes costs predictable for employers, insurers, and families while simplifying the user experience from consultations to follow-ups,” he said.

The Super Health App follows HIPAA, ISO, and GDPR-aligned standards, ensuring advanced security and privacy controls. It is available in the UAE, KSA, India, and globally.

Amit Chajjer, Chief Technology Officer, noted, “Users across India can now access and act on their health data in ways that fit their busy schedules, family responsibilities, and city or rural lifestyles.”
