Synthio Labs Raises $5 Mn to Expand Voice AI in Healthcare

The company said the funding will be used to scale its engineering and product teams and to expand global deployments of its clinical-grade voice AI platform across the U.S. and Europe.

Indian voice AI startup Synthio Labs has closed a $5 million seed funding round, led by Elevation Capital, with participation from 1984 Ventures.

Founded by Supreet Deshpande, Sahitya Sridhar, and Rajashekar Vasantha, the startup is developing a voice AI operating system tailored for life sciences customer engagement, clinician support, and patient interactions.

The new funding is expected to accelerate its development of clinical-grade voice assistants, multimodal AI engines, and simulation platforms that automate compliant conversations, capture structured data, and support large-scale engagement with clinicians and patients.

The tools are designed to help Pharma and healthcare organizations personalize interactions, improve adherence, reduce resource burden, and deliver insight across channels.

According to the company, the funds will be used to expand engineering and product teams, deepen global deployments across the U.S. and Europe, scale enterprise partnerships, and build out voice AI capabilities in healthcare.

The founders said their goal is to establish voice AI as the new infrastructure for life sciences engagement, enabling clinician-patient conversations around care and compliance at scale.
