Redcliffe Labs Divests Fertility Services Biz Crysta IVF to Moon Care Private Limited

This transition aims to further consolidate Redcliffe Labs’ efforts in providing accessible, accurate, and affordable diagnostic services on a larger scale.

In a strategic move to enhance its focus on technology-driven diagnostic solutions, Redcliffe Labs has announced the divestment of its fertility services business, Crysta IVF, to Moon Care Private Limited, the healthcare subsidiary of the MMG Group.

This transition aims to further consolidate Redcliffe Labs’ efforts in providing accessible, accurate, and affordable diagnostic services on a larger scale.

Speaking on the development, Aditya Kandoi, Founder & CEO, Redcliffe Labs said, “Our priority has always been to build a strong, accessible diagnostics ecosystem rooted in preventive healthcare – with the goal of adding healthier years to people’s lives. This divestment allows us to sharpen that focus even further.''

Meanwhile, Crysta IVF is set to continue its growth trajectory under the stewardship of Moon Care Private Limited, which plans to strengthen its commitment to specialized fertility care and broaden access to reproductive health services.

Reportedly, Crysta IVF is expected to maintain continuity for its patients, with the same team and leadership overseeing operations while collaborating with Moon Care for strategic support.

For Redcliffe Labs, the deal represents a strengthened focus on diagnostics, allowing for accelerated expansion, increased testing volumes, and improved preventive healthcare to promote early detection and accessibility.

Alvarez & Marsal acted as the exclusive advisor to the transaction.

Sharing thoughts on the same, Sanjeev Agarwal, Chairman, MMG Group, said, “We are delighted to welcome Crysta IVF into the Moon Care ecosystem. Our focus will be on making fertility care even more accessible and deeply technology-driven. Crysta IVF has earned the trust of thousands of families, and we see a strong opportunity to build on this foundation – expanding access to high-quality fertility treatments across the country while continuing to enhance patient experience and outcomes. This marks MMG Group’s first step into healthcare, a sector where we believe we can create meaningful impact by improving access and outcomes at scale.”
