Redcliffe Labs Appoints Gaurav Jain as Chief Operating Officer to Drive Growth & Operations
The appointment comes as the company sharpens its focus on scaling operations and strengthening service delivery, while continuing to build leadership from within the organization.
Redcliffe Labs has appointed Gaurav Jain as its Chief Operating Officer (COO), tasking him with leading growth initiatives while overseeing operations and clinical quality as the diagnostics firm expands its technology-driven preventive healthcare platform across India.
The appointment comes as the company sharpens its focus on scaling operations and strengthening service delivery, while continuing to build leadership from within the organization.
Jain brings more than two decades of experience across the pharmaceuticals and diagnostics sectors, with expertise in business growth, operational strategy, and execution across multiple verticals.
He joined Redcliffe Labs in November 2021 as Senior Vice President and Head of Growth, where he led expansion efforts and strategic initiatives. During his tenure, he also drove the development of the company’s home-collection phlebotomy network, aimed at improving last-mile connectivity and expanding access to diagnostic services.
Commenting on the appointment, Aditya Kandoi, Founder and CEO of Redcliffe Labs, said that Jain has played a key role in strengthening multiple business functions. “From driving growth initiatives to strengthening field operations, supply chain, and lab efficiency, Gaurav Jain has consistently taken ownership of critical business functions and delivered impact at scale,” he said.
Jain, reflecting on his new role, said his journey at the company has been both professionally and personally significant. He highlighted the scale of operations and the company’s reach, noting its impact across the country.
“What makes it special is not just the scale we’ve built, but the impact we’ve been able to create, touching over one crore lives across the country. As we move India from illness care to proactive, preventive healthcare, the opportunity ahead is immense,” he said.
