Raay Neo Pharma Expands North India Presence with Lucknow Operations Launch

Raay Neo Pharma is introducing a portfolio of more than 90 formulations covering both acute and chronic therapies, while also developing additional advanced products as part of its future pipeline.

Raay Neo Pharma has expanded its footprint into Lucknow, improving access to chronic and acute care medicines across Uttar Pradesh and surrounding states while strengthening its presence in one of North India’s fastest-growing healthcare markets.

The Mumbai-headquartered company was founded by Amit Patni, who has previously been associated with investment and technology ventures, including RAAY Global Investments, Nirvana Venture Advisors and The Hive India.

The launch of Raay Neo Pharma marked his return to building an operating business after years of investment-led activities.

Its current therapy focus includes cardiology, diabetes, respiratory care, gastroenterology and central nervous system disorders, with plans to expand further into sports medicine, nutraceuticals and wellness products.

The company is currently working through contract manufacturing partnerships while scaling its commercial presence. It has already deployed nearly 300 medical representatives across 11 states and plans to expand to more than 20 states with a larger field force in the coming phase of growth.

Raay Neo Pharma’s leadership team includes Amit Patni, Aakriti Patni and finance professional Ritu Dhariwal, supported by senior professionals from established pharmaceutical companies.

The company said its long-term strategy will also include in-licensing established brands and exploring export opportunities in unregulated international markets.
