Park Medi World Incorporates Subsidiary to Develop 550-Bed Hospital in Prayagraj
The new subsidiary has been established to execute a healthcare project awarded to Park Medi World under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model by the Prayagraj Municipal Corporation.
Park Medi World Ltd has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Park Medicity Prayagraj Ltd, to develop and operate a 550-bed multi-super-specialty hospital in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, the company said in a regulatory filing.
The new subsidiary has been established to execute a healthcare project awarded to Park Medi World under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model by the Prayagraj Municipal Corporation.
Park Medicity Prayagraj Ltd was incorporated on September 8, 2026. Park Medi World subscribed to 150,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each, representing a total investment of Rs 15 lakh in the newly formed entity.
The hospital project will be developed and operated through the subsidiary, which is 100% owned by Park Medi World, according to the regulatory filing.
Park Medi World, established in 2000, operates a network of 16 multi-super-specialty hospitals under the Park brand across Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Delhi and Uttar Pradesh.
The company describes itself as the second-largest private hospital chain in North India and the largest private hospital chain in Haryana by bed capacity.
The Prayagraj project adds to Park Medi World’s presence in Uttar Pradesh, where the company already operates as part of its multi-state hospital network.
