NURA has expanded its South India presence with the launch of a preventive health screening centre in Chennai, marking its sixth facility in the country.

NURA is a joint venture between Fujifilm Healthcare and Dr Kutty’s Healthcare.
According to the company, the Chennai facility is designed to provide full-body preventive health screenings using advanced imaging and diagnostic technologies integrated with artificial intelligence tools aimed at supporting early-stage disease detection.
The company stated that the centre has the capacity to screen up to 40 guests per day.
The launch forms part of NURA’s broader expansion plans across India, with a focus on increasing its presence in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities as well as emerging urban markets. The company said it is continuing to scale its preventive healthcare network amid rising demand for early diagnostic screening services.
Beyond India, NURA is also evaluating expansion opportunities across the Middle East, Africa, South Asia, and ASEAN regions as part of its international growth strategy.
The company said its long-term objective is to build a wider preventive healthcare network focused on improving accessibility to advanced screening and diagnostic services.
