Under the collaboration, users will be able to book pathology tests and preventive health packages through Medstown while benefiting from Redcliffe Labs' nationwide diagnostic network.

Medstown, a Hyderabad-based AI-powered health-tech platform, has partnered with Redcliffe Labs, a UP-headquartered diagnostic services provider, to integrate diagnostics into its platform, giving users access to over 3,600 tests, home sample collection, and digital reports across more than 220 cities nationwide.

Founded as India's quick-commerce platform for medicine delivery, Medstown has been steadily expanding beyond rapid pharmaceutical deliveries to build a broader digital healthcare ecosystem.

The company initially gained recognition for its 30-minute medicine delivery model through partnerships with local pharmacies in Hyderabad and has since focused on extending healthcare access by integrating additional services into its platform.

Under the collaboration, users will be able to book pathology tests and preventive health packages through Medstown while benefiting from Redcliffe Labs' nationwide diagnostic network.

Services include doorstep sample collection, digital report delivery, and access to a wide range of routine, preventive, and specialized diagnostic tests.

Syed Hussaini, CEO & Co-founder, Medstown, stated, “As founders, we often talk about technology, growth, and fundraising. But sometimes, progress starts with something much simpler: a conversation, a quick response, and a willingness to collaborate.”

For Redcliffe Labs, the partnership aligns with its continued expansion strategy. Founded in 2018, the diagnostics company has grown into one of India's fastest-growing omnichannel diagnostic service providers, operating more than 80 owned laboratories and over 2,000 collection centres across 220+ cities.

The announcement also comes shortly after Redcliffe Labs acquired Pune-based Megavision Diagnostics Centre in a deal valued at approximately INR 40 Cr. The acquisition adds advanced radiology and imaging capabilities, including MRI, CT scans, mammography, sonography, ECG, and EEG services, strengthening the company's integrated diagnostics strategy in western India.

It follows earlier acquisitions of Prime Sonography and Diagnostic Centre in Kota and Sarvodaya Diagnostics in Ajmer as Redcliffe Labs continues expanding beyond pathology into comprehensive diagnostic services.
