Health Intelligence startup Luna has launched its AI-powered wearable Luna Band in India, expanding its presence in the digital health and wearable technology segment.
The AI-powered wearable is designed to turn real-time health signals into a personalised day planner instead of simply displaying health data and charts.
The wearable device functions as a voice-first wearable paired with the company’s “LifeOS” intelligence engine.
As per the startup, the system continuously analyses body signals alongside other health metrics such as blood markers, food habits, sleep patterns, stress levels, and activity data.
The platform then leverages this information to generate simplified recommendations aimed at helping users optimise health performance, recovery, and overall well-being.
Its LifeOS platform is designed to provide contextual recommendations that adapt continuously to a user’s changing health conditions and routines.
The wearable also supports real-time health tracking, reminders, activity suggestions, and wellness guidance tailored to individual behavioural patterns.
Luna app opens directly into a “Today” view that organises the user’s schedule hour-by-hour. Recommendations are grouped under categories such as Sleep AI, Nutrition AI, Supplements, Activity AI, and Circadian health.
The app also generates a “Peak Score” to help users track long-term performance and well-being trends over time.
In addition, the app combines multiple health categories into one platform, including stress tracking, training, nutrition, supplements, productivity, and integrations with third-party devices.
Users can additionally create customized health modules based on their individual routines and wellness goals.
According to the startup, the platform’s AI engine is designed to generate cause-and-effect health insights rather than standard summary-based analytics.
The voice-enabled logging feature also allows users to record activities and habits using natural speech instead of manual data entry. The band is expected to be available by July 1st, 2026.
Luna is a Gurgaon-based health intelligence startup focused on AI-powered wearable technology and personalized wellness solutions.
At the core of the company’s ecosystem is LifeOS, Luna’s adaptive health operating system that interprets biometric data collected from its wearable devices as well as third-party health platforms.
The system is designed to help users manage their daily routines by generating recommendations based on factors such as energy levels, recovery patterns, and circadian rhythm.
Luna is led by Amit Khatri, who previously built Noise into one of the world’s largest wearable brands, with more than 45 million devices shipped globally.
