Livasa Hospitals Appoints Bhoopendra Solanki as Chief Information Officer to Drive Digital Transformation

Solanki will lead the hospital network's enterprise technology strategy and digital transformation roadmap.

Livasa Hospitals has appointed Bhoopendra Solanki as its Chief Information Officer (CIO), reinforcing its focus on digital transformation as the healthcare network continues to expand across North India.

The appointment comes as Livasa Hospitals strengthens its digital capabilities alongside its regional expansion. The hospital network said it is investing in technology across diagnostics, clinical decision-making, patient engagement, cybersecurity and hospital operations to build an integrated and patient-centric healthcare ecosystem.

Solanki, an alumnus of IIM Calcutta, brings more than 25 years of experience in healthcare information technology and digital transformation. He has held senior technology leadership positions at Sakra World Hospital, Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, Medanta – The Medicity and Fortis Healthcare Ltd.

His experience includes leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives across multi-hospital networks and greenfield healthcare projects. His areas of expertise include Hospital Information Systems (HIS), PACS, ERP, SAP S/4HANA, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Internet of Things (IoT), data analytics and digital patient engagement platforms.

He has also led the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR), patient and doctor mobile applications, patient portals, telemedicine and remote care solutions. According to the company, these initiatives have supported improvements in operational efficiency, clinical workflows and patient experience. Solanki is also an author and contributes to discussions on healthcare technology and digital innovation.

As Chief Information Officer, Solanki will lead the hospital network's enterprise technology strategy and digital transformation roadmap. His responsibilities include overseeing the development of an integrated technology ecosystem, with a focus on IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data governance, AI-led innovation, automation and digital platforms aimed at improving operational efficiency, clinical outcomes and patient engagement.

Livasa Hospitals said the appointment reflects its continued investment in leadership, innovation and technology as it expands its regional footprint.
