KIMS Hospitals Opens Institute of Advanced Neurosciences in Bengaluru

The newly launched centre includes infrastructure supported by multidisciplinary clinical teams. Key facilities include neuro-rehabilitation services, a neuro cath lab, EEG and ENMG laboratories, video EEG labs, a virtual reality neurosurgery lab, and neurosurgery operating theatres.

KIMS Hospitals, Electronic City, has inaugurated its “Institute of Advanced Neurosciences”, a dedicated Centre of Excellence focused on comprehensive treatment across epilepsy, cerebrovascular disorders, neurointerventional procedures, skull base surgery, and spine surgery.

The newly launched centre includes infrastructure supported by multidisciplinary clinical teams. Key facilities include neuro-rehabilitation services, a neuro cath lab, EEG and ENMG laboratories, video EEG labs, a virtual reality neurosurgery lab, and neurosurgery operating theatres.

Through this launch, KIMS Hospitals seeks to bolster specialized neurological care and tackle the growing prevalence of neurological disorders using advanced technology, clinical expertise, and patient-focused treatment.

Recently, KIMS Hospitals signed a strategic MoU to strengthen clinical collaboration in oncology. Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited (KIMS) entered into a non-commercial brand association with Dakshayani Healthcare Services Private Limited (Renova), focusing on sharing oncology expertise, clinical protocols, and best practices to enhance patient care outcomes and healthcare delivery standards.

The institute was inaugurated in the presence of Prof. Jawahar Doreswamy, Chancellor of PES University; Dr. B.
