KD Hospital Launches KD Cancer Centre in Ahmedabad

Ahmedabad-based KD Hospital has launched the KD Cancer Centre on the occasion of its 8th Foundation Day. The announcement was shared by Dr Adit Desai, Managing Director of KD Hospital, through a LinkedIn post.

“On our 8th Foundation Day, we are proud to open the doors of KD Cancer Centre,” Dr Desai stated.

According to the hospital, the newly launched centre brings together multiple oncology services under one roof, including Surgical Oncology, Medical Oncology, Radiation Therapy, Nuclear Medicine, Oncology Nutrition, Cancer Rehabilitation, and Psychological Support.

“A cancer diagnosis changes everything. What follows that moment - the care, the support, the people around you - matters more than most of us realise. That's exactly what KD Cancer Centre has been built for,” the post said.

KD Hospital, also known as Kusum Dhirajlal Hospital, is a 300-bedded multispeciality hospital located in Ahmedabad. The hospital operates across multiple super specialities and holds NABH, Nursing Excellence, and NABL accreditations.
