Infinitus Launches No-Code AI Agent Builder for Healthcare Organizations

The platform is designed to enable users to design, test, and deploy AI agents without requiring programming expertise, while addressing compliance and safety requirements specific to healthcare.

Infinitus Systems, Inc. has announced the launch of Infinitus Studio, a no-code AI agent builder tailored for healthcare organizations, including payors and pharmaceutical companies.

The platform is designed to enable users to design, test, and deploy AI agents without requiring programming expertise, while addressing compliance and safety requirements specific to healthcare.

According to the company, Studio allows organizations to build AI agents that are 40% more accurate than manually developed systems and deploy them up to 90% faster. Early results cited by the company indicate a success rate exceeding 93% across tasks on a healthcare intelligence platform.

The launch comes as healthcare organizations increasingly explore AI to manage operational complexity, reduce administrative burden, and improve patient engagement. However, adoption has been limited by challenges in balancing scalability with compliance, as well as the gap between prototype performance and real-world deployment.

Dr. Zeke Emanuel, vice provost for global initiatives at the University of Pennsylvania and an advisory board member at Infinitus, noted that AI agents can reduce operational burden but require careful implementation to maintain patient safety and trust.

Infinitus Studio provides a natural language interface that allows teams to create AI agents, connect them with healthcare systems and data sources, and simulate real-world scenarios before deployment. The platform also offers performance monitoring tools that evaluate interactions for quality, compliance, and user experience, while flagging issues for improvement.

A key feature of the platform is Agent Response Control (ARC), a patent-pending system designed to identify scenarios requiring strict safeguards, such as patient queries about medication dosage. The system routes responses accordingly to maintain compliance and ensure appropriate handling of sensitive interactions.

Infinitus CEO and co-founder Ankit Jain said the platform is designed to provide transparency and control over AI agent behavior while maintaining consistency in high-stakes healthcare interactions. He added that Studio reduces development timelines from months to days by enabling iterative design and deployment using natural language inputs.
