Fortis Healthcare has reappointed Ashutosh Raghuvanshi as its Managing Director for a further term of two years. The decision was approved by the company's Board of Directors and will be effective from March 19, 2027, subject to shareholder approval.
The development was disclosed by Fortis Healthcare in a regulatory filing. The company said Raghuvanshi's current term as Managing Director, designated as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, is set to conclude on March 18, 2027.
According to the filing, the Board recommended his reappointment considering "the expertise and his role in steering the growth of the company." The company stated that the appointment will take effect from March 19, 2027, for a period of two years, subject to approval by shareholders.
Fortis Healthcare said Raghuvanshi will continue to lead the organisation as Managing Director, reflecting the company's confidence in his leadership and vision to drive sustained growth and operational excellence.
