Evergreen Healthcare Partners Appoints Saad Chaudhry as Chief Executive Officer

Chaudhry joins the Middleton, Wisconsin-based healthcare consulting firm after serving as Chief Digital Information Officer at SSM Health.
Evergreen Healthcare Partners has appointed Saad Chaudhry as its Chief Executive Officer, strengthening its executive leadership as healthcare organizations accelerate digital transformation initiatives, including AI, analytics, revenue cycle modernization, and enterprise technology upgrades.
Chaudhry joins the Middleton, Wisconsin-based healthcare consulting firm after serving as Chief Digital Information Officer at SSM Health. Co-founder Drew Madden will continue as President and Board Chair, maintaining oversight of client relationships, strategic partnerships, and the firm's long-term direction.
According to the company, the leadership transition comes as health systems increasingly pursue multiple large-scale initiatives simultaneously, including Epic modernization, revenue cycle transformation, enterprise resource planning (ERP), automation, and data analytics. Evergreen said the expanded leadership team is intended to support growing demand from healthcare organizations managing these initiatives.
Chaudhry brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare technology and operations. Before SSM Health, he held Chief Digital Information Officer roles at Luminis Health and senior leadership positions at Johns Hopkins Medicine, UPMC, McKesson, Gartner, and Saudi German Health. He is a Fellow of CHIME and holds CHCIO and CDH-E credentials. He has also been recognized by HIMSS as a Top Future-50 Leader.
Commenting on his appointment, Chaudhry said Evergreen's operating model, which focuses on partnering with healthcare organizations from strategy through implementation, was a key factor in his decision to join the firm. He noted that the company's combination of technology and operational expertise differentiates it from traditional consulting models.
Madden said the appointment represents the firm's next phase of growth while allowing him to remain actively involved in Evergreen's operations and client engagement. He added that Chaudhry's experience leading digital transformation initiatives within health systems provides additional strategic leadership as the company expands.
Founded in 2017, Evergreen Healthcare Partners provides consulting services across Epic implementation, revenue cycle optimization, enterprise resource planning, data and analytics, automation and AI, and strategic advisory. The company said it serves more than 185 healthcare organizations with a workforce of over 500 professionals.
