Dr Shikha Gulia has been promoted to Vice President Operations at Dr L H Hiranandani Hospital.

In her new role, she will oversee hospital operations, drive process excellence, and strengthen patient care delivery with a focus on service quality and operational efficiency.

She was previously serving as AVP Operations and Medical Administration at the same hospital, where she contributed to streamlining processes and enhancing patient experience. Her promotion reflects the hospital’s focus on operational excellence and patient-centric care.

With experience in healthcare administration, Dr Gulia has held leadership roles at Sir H N Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre, Paras Healthcare Pvt Ltd, and Venkateshwar Hospitals.
