The new initiative focuses on building deep AI-driven solutions tailored to the needs of the life sciences sector while supporting the transition towards intelligent, data-driven systems across pharmaceuticals, biotechnology companies, and the medtech industry.

The CoE is designed as a dedicated hub for artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science innovation, supporting the development of next-generation digital platforms and AI-led solutions for global clients.

The expansion is expected to support the growing pipeline of AI-driven projects across pharmacovigilance, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation initiatives within life sciences domains.

Headquartered in Princeton, New York, the Lifescience company maintains a significant presence in Chennai, India.

The company focuses on combining life sciences domain expertise with its IT capabilities to address complex cross-functional business challenges.

Further, it acts as a digital transformation partner for life sciences companies, with offerings spanning areas such as data analytics, cloud engineering, cyber security, regulatory-compliant software, and AI-enabled solutions.

Currently, the company operates with a workforce of approximately 250–300 employees, with a majority based in Chennai and a growing team in Tiruchirappalli.

The company also plans to double its workforce within the next year as part of its growth strategy.

This strategic expansion is intended to support a hybrid talent model designed to bridge the gap between deep domain knowledge and AI applications.
