Suki Raises $90 Mn in Series E Funding to Expand Healthcare AI
The funding round included new investors Healthier Capital, Crosslink Capital, and Hercules Capital, alongside existing institutional investors Venrock, Flare Capital Partners, Hedosophia, Philips Ventures, and Zoom Ventures.
Healthcare artificial intelligence company Suki has raised $90 million in Series E funding to expand its AI capabilities, strengthen its commercial operations, and scale technology partnerships as it moves beyond clinical documentation toward broader healthcare workflows.
The funding round included new investors Healthier Capital, Crosslink Capital, and Hercules Capital, alongside existing institutional investors Venrock, Flare Capital Partners, Hedosophia, Philips Ventures, and Zoom Ventures.
Suki Founder and CEO Punit Soni said the company plans to invest the capital in three areas: advancing its AI technology, expanding its commercial organization, and scaling its partner ecosystem.
Suki Expands Beyond AI Documentation
Suki is positioning its technology to support clinical decision-making, financial performance, and operational workflows in healthcare organizations. Soni said health systems need connected AI capabilities rather than isolated applications that add complexity to existing technology environments.
The company aims to bring together AI capabilities across clinical, financial, and operational functions while integrating with platforms already used by healthcare providers.
Suki offers its own clinician-facing application, Suki for Clinicians, while also embedding its AI capabilities into third-party healthcare technology platforms.
The company has raised more than $250 million to date, according to its executives. Patient encounters supported by its tools grew more than 190% year over year in 2026. Its revenue doubled in 2025, and the company expects a similar growth trajectory in 2026.
Suki currently works with more than 250 healthcare organizations and over 30 technology partners.
Healthier Capital Joins Suki's Board
As part of the financing, Healthier Capital Partner Aman Mahajan, MD, PhD, will join Suki's board of directors.
Mahajan said Suki's approach combines direct AI delivery to clinicians with integrations across existing healthcare technology platforms. He identified the opportunity to improve how work is performed across health systems as a key area for healthcare AI.
New Clinical Decision Support Integration
The funding announcement follows Suki's launch of Ask, a tool that enables clinicians to ask complex clinical questions directly within the Suki for Clinicians application.
Ask integrates with Wolters Kluwer's UpToDate Expert AI API to provide answers grounded in UpToDate's proprietary clinical content. The companies described the integration as the first product implementation of the API.
The feature extends Suki's capabilities beyond ambient clinical documentation into evidence-based clinical decision support, allowing clinicians to access clinical information within their existing workflows.
