PB Health Opens First 100-Bed Multispecialty Hospital in Gurugram

The 100-bed multispecialty hospital, located at IFFCO Chowk in DLF Phase 2, will serve as the first facility in the company’s planned hospital network across Delhi-NCR and other parts of India.

PB Health, backed by PB Fintech Limited, the holding company of Policybazaar, has opened its first hospital in Gurugram, marking its entry into physical healthcare delivery. The 100-bed multispecialty hospital, located at IFFCO Chowk in DLF Phase 2, will serve as the first facility in the company’s planned hospital network across Delhi-NCR and other parts of India.

The hospital will offer services across multiple specialties, including neurosciences, cardiology, orthopedics, pediatrics, gastroenterology, gynecology, urology, and minimally invasive and robotic surgery, according to the company.

PB Health plans to expand its hospital network through direct ownership, strategic acquisitions, and franchise partnerships. The company is also developing additional multispecialty hospitals across the Delhi-NCR region as part of its expansion strategy.

“The company is actively developing additional 200-to-250-bed multispecialty hospitals across the Delhi-NCR region while rolling out a nationwide franchise model to collaborate with partner hospitals across the country,” PB Health said in a statement.

PB Health Plans Hospital Network Expansion

PB Health had outlined plans to build a 1,200-bed hospital network across Delhi-NCR when it closed a $218 million seed funding round in 2025. The newly opened Gurugram hospital represents the first physical facility under its healthcare delivery initiative.

As part of its expansion plans, the company aims to establish a presence across India by combining its own hospitals with acquisitions and partnerships with existing healthcare providers.

PB Health’s recent acquisitions include Neo Hospital and Fitterfly, a health technology platform. These acquisitions form part of the company’s broader efforts to expand its presence in the healthcare sector.

The Gurugram facility is the first step in the company’s stated plan to develop a network of multispecialty hospitals and partner facilities across the country.
