HospitalStore Expands into Digital Health with HospitalCloud.ai Launch

The new platform’s software portfolio includes HospitraX.ai, a hospital management system designed for hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes, and EquipTrax AI, a medical equipment management solution for hospitals and biomedical teams.

HospitalStore, a Delhi-based medical e-commerce marketplace, has launched HospitalCloud.ai, a digital healthcare technology platform that extends the company’s operations beyond medical equipment procurement into hospital management and medical asset tracking.

The platform brings together HospitraX.ai and EquipTrax AI to help healthcare institutions digitise workflows and manage hospital operations.

Sonu Kumar Yadav, Founder & CEO, HospitalStore, said, “Healthcare institutions today need technology that works across the different stages of their operations, not just within one department. With HospitalCloud.ai, we are building an ecosystem of focused healthcare technology solutions that can help institutions manage their operations, strengthen their digital presence, and make better use of the data they generate every day.”

HospitalStore.com, operated by Medsun Biomedical Technologies, is a B2B healthcare procurement platform serving more than 12,600 healthcare customers across 72 countries.

With a catalogue of over 29,000 medical products across 1,400 categories, the company has focused on connecting healthcare providers with medical equipment and supply vendors.

The launch of HospitalCloud.ai marks its expansion into digital infrastructure for healthcare institutions.

The new platform’s software portfolio includes HospitraX.ai, a hospital management system designed for hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes, and EquipTrax AI, a medical equipment management solution for hospitals and biomedical teams.

HospitraX.ai integrates outpatient and inpatient department management, pharmacy, laboratory, inventory, procurement, accounting, human resource management, and reporting. It brings multiple hospital operations into a connected digital system, reducing dependence on manual processes and separate departmental tools.

The platform also supports hospitals in establishing an online presence through professional websites, doctor and service listings, and digital appointment booking. Appointments can connect with outpatient workflows, linking patient discovery and booking with hospital visits and associated clinical services.

EquipTrax AI focuses on medical asset records and maintenance management. Healthcare teams can access equipment information by searching for an asset or scanning its QR code. Records cover service history, preventive maintenance, calibration, warranty, and operational status. The platform also enables teams to generate PDF reports, supporting equipment oversight, compliance documentation, and audit preparation.

HospitalCloud.ai has also been implemented at Ayushman Bhav Health Institute to support hospital information management and medical equipment tracking.

According to the company's case study, the implementation went live within eight weeks without disrupting hospital operations. The institute reported a 40% reduction in equipment downtime and a 30% improvement in patient registration and discharge processing time following implementation.

Dr. Sudeep Sagwan, Director, Ayushman Bhav Health Institute, said, “HospitalCloud.ai has completely changed how we manage our hospital operations. From tracking every ECG machine to managing OPD and IPD digitally, the system has made our hospital smarter, faster, and more accountable.”

HospitalStore has also reported annual revenue of INR 32 Cr and set a target of INR 50 Cr by 2027.

Through HospitalCloud.ai, the company aims to complement its procurement business with digital solutions that support hospital workflows, improve equipment visibility, and make operational information more accessible.
